We have created a home-from-home feel, where you can sit back and relax or venture out and explore the surroundings and enjoy the many great attractions on offer in this beautiful city. The apartment is ideal for tourists, families visiting relatives, company executives and employees or visitors to Perth’s many attractions.

The Maddison is a modern, clean and beautifully furnished 3 bedroom ground floor apartment. The master bedroom has a queen bed as does the second bedroom. The third bedroom has a double bed with single bunk above. All fresh linen and towels provided. The apartment has two bathrooms (master bedroom with ensuite), a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, and has a reverse cycle air conditioner for those tropical nights. Relax in the lounge with TV and DVD, swim in the sparkling pool or make use of the gym, sauna and entertaining area with barbecue.

The apartment sleeps 7 in comfort and an extra person can be accommodated with a roll-away bed.

The Maddison is a ground floor apartment, looks on to Central Park and provides secure off road parking.

With a resident caretaker on site, the complex is well maintained and with a security intercom installed, the complex provides a safe environment for our guests.
