Great beaches abound in Western Australia and Perth beaches are no exception. See the Indian Ocean gleaming under a deep blue sky and warm southern sun at many beach locations right across Perth.

With over 12,000 kilometres of pristine coastline, there's a great beach to suit everyone.

Here is some info on just a few of the local beaches

Burns Beach - 5 min drive
Located at the end of Ocean Parade, Burns Beach is the northern point of the City’s 17km of pristine coastline. The dual use pathway catering for walkers and cyclists begins at Burns Beach stretching down the coast to Marmion in the south.

The beach has a café, caravan park, public toilets, car parking and is widely used for swimming, snorkelling and diving. At the northern end of the beach is the Jack Kikeros Community Hall, which is a community facility available for hire and a small foreshore park with play equipment for children.
