Stays of more than 2 weeks attract a reduced weekly cost. |

We require a $500 bond to secure a booking. This is refunded to you
after you have vacated the apartment subject our terms and conditions. |

The apartment is to be left in a clean and tidy condition. |
|
The cost for repairing any damage that occurs during a guests stay
e.g. damage to walls, carpets stained etc and the cost of any items
broken during a guests stay may be taken from the bond. |

For the comfort of all our guests, smoking is not allowed inside the
apartment. |
|
Final payment of the balance must be received in full 7 days prior
to arrival. |
|
If the booking is cancelled by the guests, the deposit is not refundable
unless the apartment is re-let. If a refund is made due to the property
being relet then a $50 cancellation fee will apply. |

The number of guests should not exceed the number stated. Fees may
apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance. |
